This is the exact same ring I have gotten back from Zales they fixed the first time thank goodness because they wasn't going to but after my bf left a review they fixed it! I got it back not long after I got it back the stone fell out again and the a little white s stone Fell out as well it needs to be replaced again it's like I'm paying for a ring I can't wear it!
Worst experience ever ever ever. DO NOT give your business to such company that does NOT keep their promises to their customers. I placed an order on May 19,2020 with an estimated delivery of June 24,2020. I planned the wedding day and and the invites to my friends all around the est delivery. Fast forward to June 23. I called the 800 number to check about the order and see it does not have a shipping info. After 2 hrs and 40 mins wait on the call, they answered to tell me that the vendor will not be shipping the rings till July 15. And guess what my weeding day is July 15. I told the rep why nothing was communicated to me re the delay. She said they normally don't send out such communication. LIKE WHAAAAAAAT? I told the rep that I want to cancel my order and I am no longer interested in giving my business to Zales. The rep put me in 20 mins hold claiming she wants to submit a cancellation request.
My advice to you, DO NOT give your business to Zales. THEY win the WORST EVER company award. You will regret buying from them. I really wish I can give negative stars.

I brought $400 earrings as a gift to my fiance. They came broken. I've called and tried to get this fixed. But instead of zales correcting and going out their way to fix the problem, they made, they keep telling me to go out my way. I'm already out a extra $500 for engagement pictures. When I said I would sue. They told me to go ahead and sue. Lost of time money and still out of earrings. Will be returning and never buying again. Cheap high priced jewelry.
I will never order from zales jewlery store and i will not buy anything from zales jewelry store. I ordered a pair of green quartz earrings order number *******1453064 when they arrived they were clear glass no green whatsoever. I called to send them back they said I had to print a label I don't have a printer. They said no problem go to the UPS store and they will print it and mail it for me wrong answer ups will not print it for free it will cost me $3 what a crock of crap that I have to pay $3 to return the item that was their fault. When I spoke with customer service agent Brenda she was less than helpful she tried to tell me that the color was a matter of personal preference I said absolutely not I ordered Green quartz and came clear no color whatsoever that's not personal preference you ordered green your supposed to get green what a Croc never again.
After placing an order with my finance as a gift for someone else, his card was double charged. When I emailed to have this mistake fixed I was told that although I had all the shipping information and the order was made under my phone number, email, and address, since it was under my fiance's name I would need to have him call. This was not a problem until they sent us a shipping confirmation once again. When I messaged once more just to be sure we would not be charged again, saying I did not need information on the order just wanted to confirm that we would not be shipped anything else, I was met with sass. We will definitely not be ordering anything from this company again.

They were more interested in me being happy and saving money, the times that i have made 5 purchases this month alone and they help me pick what i ask for and also told me which day was better to make buy with the top savings. The sales team and management treated me like if i was family and for that i am deeply thank for, I shop at the Jacksonville Florida Location at Town center Park way. I highly recommend this location and all Zales stores but specially this location.
Bought expensive bracelet and needed links taken out but guy at New Jersey' said it would take 2 weeks and cost at least $40.00 rediculous never buy from zales again no wonder they are going out of business
Was Mother's Day shopping and came across this promo on their site - $50 off any purchase of $300 or more. OK, I was looking at something over this amount, so gave up my email and got my code, as well as the obligatory swath of promo emails.
Of course, the coupon indicates all the items NOT eligible, so carefully scan the list and see my item is not listed and proceed. Add to cart, enter my code and... red error text of denial. Item not eligible for the discount. I rescan the coupon, see nothing on there for this item and proceed to chat.
The rep advised it is not eligible for the $50 Off coupon, though struggled to confirm why. First it was because it was a designer item, then it was part of the Disney collection (it was not), then transferred me to another customer care rep. The other rep basically said that the item itself indicates not eligible for discount, and therefore is an unpublished ADDITION to the list of excluded items on the coupon. So, dear consumers, beware this facial coupon as they will randomly add exclusions as they deem appropriate and deny you this $50 coupon.
I did advise the rep that this is deceptive and they are the only retailer I have dealt with recently that does not honor their word on coupons and would be supporting other jewelers. Her response was essentially "anything else I can help you with today?" I accordingly unsubscribed to all future emails.
Beware the scam.
If I could give them less than one star I would believe me... I've never had such a terrible shopping experience as I have with Zales. All of their stores are closed in UT so my only option is to deal with their online department. ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO IS BUY A GIFT CARD... I get one over the phone with their agent and hours later I get an email saying it's cancelled. I call they say oh you can't buy gift cards over $2K which the agent did not tell me previously. That causes my card to have a hold on it and because zales uses a 3rd party billing service I have to wait 8-12 business days for it to go back on my card mean while I can't use it. I then use a different card to buy it at the set limit zales has on gift cards with the correct billing info. They cancel it again due to billing info issues.. SAME EXACT INFO AS LAST ORDER** I call they say oh you have to wait 30 mins to re-order.. I try again it gets declined again! I call back AGAIN.... another agent now says oh you have to wait 24hrs to re-order.. SO I wait and re-order like they said, below and behold it doesn't work and gives me another error!!! I call them yet AGAIN!! Keep in mind during this whole thing they keep telling me to re-order so my cards are racking up pending charges. Now they tell me oh our dept is closed call back tomorrow.. I call back AGAIN!! they tell me after a very long hold and 3 more calls with 2 different agents that oh someone in ZAles cancelled it but we don't know why... I cal my bank and card providers they say it's on the merchant the merchant doesn't know left from right. Then Zales said are you sure you ordered it right? OF COURSE I DID!!!! Their best advice is try ordering it again.. Like really that's what I've wasted countless hours of my personal time to get?! Most unprofessional and messed up billing dept ever!! Please DO NOT SHOP AT ZALES!!! I warn you it's a huge headache.
purchased $300 heart shape diamond ring. It was bought this Christmas. Let me tell you stone fell out turned blacked not green. My 79 year old mother doesn't scrub floors. I can show picture inside turned black. Called very rude well you didn't get warranty. Well didn't expect it to turn black loose stone. My mom is crying over it. BBB next step. Bought a diamond ring for a very special day. On 3/1/21. Paid in cash but was told by Zales associate they did not have the size i needed in stock and that they could not take my cash i needed to purchase a zales gift card so they could order said ring from their website.
On 3/5/21 i received notice via email my ring was ready for pick up. I was away at the time so 4 days later I called the local store where I made the purchase and was told my ring was NOT in their store, was NOT in their safe, and they could not find information on my ring or where it was even with the order number I provided them that they sent me.
Called the store spoke with an associate who told me she found that my ring was signed for from UPS by an associate last name who did not even work at their store location.
Spent more time with corporate customer care with still no answers. Received a call from my local Zales they told me the ring was found to have been shipped to a store in Maryland, mind you I am in New York. Said they would overnight the ring and it would be available to me on 3/11/21.
The ring was no at the store. I was told it would be here today 3/12/21 and again it was not at the store. Was told by associate to come back Monday "maybe" it will be in then. Associate would not give me the UPS tracking number upon request.
Spoke with Sterling Jewelers the parent company of Zales and was told by customer care she was unable to reach the store manager to figure this situation out but would call me back before days end... Well, it's days end and still have not heard from them.
Worst buying experience of my life. These people are ridiculous and have no idea how to treat a paying customer or how to make the situation right. I even requested a refund with receipt and was told they could not issue me a refund...

Ordered a ring for online only. Ring was shown at $209 online. Added to cart but price was $289 - contacted sales by phone to place the order and confirm pricing. Agent said they made an IT mistake and we're correcting it but would give a $50 discount not the $70 shown. I accepted begrudgingly. Then I checked the tracking and they had sent a size 7 NOT 8 I ordered. It also said in fine print of tracking that they COULDN'T ship to po box as Agent claimed. Item was in limbo at UPS and "I should contact them to return it before credit or correct size would be sent out?!!? Terrible already - contacted service asked for manager but "none available on the floor" went through explaining everything over and over to the not so quick service Agent. At the end she suggested a supervisor contact me to finalize the return and new order etc...waited all week for nothing, nobody contacted me. Contacted them for 4th time today and was told Item is being recalled and credit will then be issued. Never contacted, never tried to send me correct ring NOTHING!!! Today chat Agent informed me of the recalled item and credit status... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON ZALES BS!
On March 8th, I attempted to make a purchase through the zales website. I completed the purchase (hit submit payment) only for a red bar to pop up saying my item was no longer in stock. Which is ok, understandable bc they're items sell quickly, I get it. However, when I checked my bank the charge still went through, TWICE! So, a $393.66 charge turned into a $787.32 charge. Unfortunately, I have to wait 5-7 business days for my bank to release these funds back to me, which I understand. Except, I decided to take a look at Zales today to see if the wedding band I wanted for my fiance was now available, and it was and on sale, whoohoo! I decided to take the chance and order the ring again, this time using paypay. Again I completed the process, hit the submit button, and again I was given a red bar notification saying the credit card was invalid, makes no sense since I just updated the card in Paypal. Regardless, the order did not go through but the charge still processed and they took another $300 out of my account. Now I am out over $1000! And I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back in the bank. My point is, the Zales website is trash! Love the store though, the people are kind and helpful, but the website SUCKS!
I have order a ring from Zales.com 3 times. Twice in December for my wife as an anniversary gift and again today 34/8/2021. All 3 times after ordering and receiving an arrival date, I got an email later stating that the order has been canceled because the item is not in stock. The second order in December was placed after receiving an email telling me the item was back in stock. All customer service was able to do was tell me they are sorry and give me some discount coupons that have codes that do not work. Why allow an order if the item is not in stock. This is worst on line shopping experience ever.

Zales suck. Having to have your ring checked every 6 months is a complete joke. Employees don't know what their doing. They are sales people, not jewlers.

They didn't process my payment and then three days after I realized it wasn't processed I tried to re-purchase and the Price was an extra $500 what a convenience
